Dubai Fish Market

Hunting fish, trapping them, cooking and eating them has been a traditional source of food in Dubai for generations. Fishermen have been catching food from the Dubai Creek to the ocean, and have become highly skilled. This industry still exists today and thus provides a plentiful supply of fresh fish to the Dubai good markets every day. The seafood restaurants in Dubai receive a plentiful supply of fresh fish every day directly and through the local fish markets.

There is a wide range of restaurants in Dubai that serve fish; almost all will have some kind of fish on the menu, along with specialist fish restaurants. In addition, all the major supermarket chains like Carrefour, Lulus etc have a dedicated fresh and frozen fish section, so you are spoilt for choice.

Some of the best fish can be bought from roadside cafes and these are my favorite places to hang out in.
